In detail, when we talk about the galvanic sector and galvanic systems:
The galvanic sector is an industry where electrolysis treatments are carried out on metals (e.g. zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, oxidation, etc.)
Galvanic processes can include both addition as well as removal of parts in a determined metal thanks to electrolytic transfer of the metal itself.

Some examples of galvanic processes:
» Zinc plating, which consists of covering ferrous materials with a layer of zinc: frequently used to prevent oxidation (rust).

» Chrome plating, which consists of a chrome layer covering, which is used above all on iron and steel, both to increase resistance and to prevent corrosion.

» Nickel plating, which consists of a nickel layer covering used on diverse types of metals, helping to increase resistance and prevent corrosion.

» Electrolytic oxidation or anodizing, which is used on aluminum and alloys (so-called light alloys), providing these with excellent resistance qualities and compactness.

» Electrolytic gold plating, which allows the implementation of uniform gold plating with minimum quantities of gold. This process is not only used in the fine jewelry sector, but also in modern industrial sectors, above all electronics.


The diverse types of systems handled range from static or dynamic automatic systems to manual systems, as well as turntable
systems.
These can all have drying systems and frame depositories.

The types of processes carried out by the systems covers a wide range: zinc plating, polishing, typical chrome plating used in industrial production, also including processes for niche markets and precious materials such as gold, palladium, silver, etc.
